Trip To Somerset House

Hello,

I recently paid a visit to Somerset house to (amongst other things) view the Guy Bourdin: Image Maker exhibition.  To be very honest, his work has completely changed my view of photography of the female body. As opposed to viewing the female body as a ‘sex object’ per say, Guy Bourdin truly celebrated it. I love the different angles he used and the fact that he worked so closely with a particular model. The exhibition has definitely inspired me to change the style of photography on the blog and hopefully explore some new angles. I also visited The Unseen Emporium as well as the Blondie photo exhibit. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I did!

Love & Peace
