Battalion

Hello,

I have to admit I had way too much fun planning for this blog post! It all started when I locked eyes with this top at H&M. I love how it’s shiny but yet delicate. It would have been very conventional for me to pair it with white or nude but somehow the colour Khaki seemed so appealing. This then lead to me deciding to go for the whole military-chic look and add the lace up boots, aviator shades and Italian army hat. Despite the constant glaring of passers-by, I definitely plan to have more fun with dress-up! Thank you for reading, have a wonderful week!

Floral Print

Hello,

After stumbling across an advert for this gorgeous skirt, I just had to go to the website to further explore. It comes in two colours: beige and navy blue – I made a last minute decision to get the navy instead. I just love the unique print and the strong structure of the skirt. I usually pair most outfits with heels but thought this time I would go for a more ‘winter’ look by adding the boots and floppy hat. The boot were another impulse buy *sighs* I’m starting to think  I have a bit of a habit here! Thank you for passing by, have a wonderful week ahead!

Nicole Jacket

Hello,

After briefly reviewing the new Nicole x Missguided collection (here) I knew I just had to get this bomber jacket. Although it didn't fully look as it appeared on the website (very perforated nylon fabric), I still love it! I chose to use chromatic tones for the top and heels to keep the look more casual-chic with a hint of formal. Thank you for passing by and have an amazingly fabulous week ahead!

Mint

Hello,

I must confess that today’s look is inspired by the various Guess Marciano and Dolce & Gabbana ad’s I’ve seen lately. I love the fusion of vibrant leopard print with soft leatherette. I initially intended to simply tuck in the blouse but decided to turn up the ‘fun factor’ and tie it into a crop top instead.

P.S.  can you believe these heels are from Primark?!

Sports Luxe

Hello,

Once in a while I like to take a break from the 'all black' and serious dressing and delve into the world of fun bright colours and sultry leather. I really do love how the lime shade of this dress kind of POPS! I've actually worn it before as a party dress, but decided to de-formalise it by pairing it with a leather jacket and sporty heels for a more suitable day look. Thank you for visiting and have a very Merry Christmas!
